On Sunday, June 24 2012, we wish to revive an old tradition and have a St. Alban’s Day picnic/potluck following the service. It will be at our house, on Rodburn Hollow Road–directions below. (Although St. Alban’s Day is actually the 22nd, we are pretty sure that he won’t mind if we are a few days late.)
We will provide the meat dish and drinks and some of the seating arrangements. Everyone is asked to bring a side dish, salad or dessert, and if you can, a yard chair or two.
To get to our house, take Hwy 60 from downtown Morehead going east until you get to the intersection with Christy Creek Road (if you turn right), and Rodburn Hollow Road (if you turn left). Rodburn Elementary School is also at that intersection to your right. Turn left on Rodburn Hollow and go up past the park almost to the end of the hollow. We are on the right, a multi-colored brick house with white shutters. Our names are on the mailbox.
Hope eveyone can come. If you have any questions, call St. Alban’s at (606) 784-6427
Peace be with you,
Carolyn and Green
P.S. – Show your St. Alban’s spirit by wearing your church shirt or by wearing St. Alban’s colors (Blue and Gold)!
